Ricci's foreman is a disaster: walls framed unevenly, insulation and sheetrock put up without inspection of roughs (so I now have code violations and cannot get my CO), sheetrock done in the dark (LITERALLY! no lighting left on the jobsite!!), gaps left at the bottoms of sheetrock so that mice are now behind the new cabinets, incorrect ordering of tile which held up construction three weeks, taping of a right angle corner that is so bad that a corner sink and cabinet did not fit and needed a 3/4" caulk bead to fill the gap. Standard operating procedure is to do a terrible job, then rip it out, with collateral damage to other work, and patch the problem badly. They couldn't even center the stove and range
